About Project

The Digital Monitoring Software (DMS) is designed to transform vaccination and polio reporting for all SMNET members. DMS allows users to prepare report work significantly faster and with improved accuracy, directly from the mobile phone/web browser.

This powerful tool not only simplifies reporting but also empowers users to gain real-time insights into vaccination coverage and community engagement. Track progress at the block, panchayat, and village level, identify areas needing attention, and make data-driven decisions to maximize the impact on behavioural change.

Here are some key details and features of Digital Monitoring System (DMS):

  • User Registration: User IDs will be created by Administrator and end user will register in the application using the provided user ID and password after login user can change the password.
  • Beneficiary Counselling by CMC: Community Mobilization Coordinators can do the beneficiary counselling using the application and fill the counselling form in the application.
  • Beneficiary Counselling by BMC: Block Mobilization Coordinators can do the beneficiary counselling using the application and fill the counselling form in the application.
  • Self-Training: Application allows users to do their self-training using the training videos. Different topic wise training videos are given in different topics.
  • User Profile: Under this functionality user can create and update their profile.
  • Reports: Under this functionality user can view multiple reports to monitor the progress.
