Objectives:

Aims to establish and maintain a Human Resource Information System (HRIS) for all employees in the Department of Health & Family Welfare, Nagaland, across various healthcare facilities/offices. Objectives include identifying HR gaps, addressing training needs, maintaining personnel records, facilitating timely retirement benefits, ensuring skill-based promotions/transfers, streamlining payroll generation, and implementing an efficient biometric-based Employee Attendance system.

Scope:

  1. Web-based software for HR transactions and attendance capture.
  2. Database of personnel records and sanctioned positions.
  3. Software updates for employee transactions (appointments, transfers, etc.).
  4. Mapping of staffing gaps and equipment availability.
  5. Payroll processing, leave accounting, and attendance capture.
