Human Resource Management Information System (HRMIS) is a suite of integrated applications (i.e. HR data Details, attendance management, leave management, payroll system etc.) designed to manage and automate various human resource functions within an organization. HRMIS serves as a central repository for all employee-related data, enabling efficient storage, retrieval, and analysis of information.

The primary purpose of HRMIS is to streamline HR processes, enhance data accuracy, and improve decision-making related to workforce management. NHP Human Resource Management Information System (HRMIS) is the web and android based application to streamline HR processes, enhance data accuracy, and improve decision-making related to workforce management process and generate the desired reports.

Here are some key details and features of NHP Human Resource Management Information System (HRMIS):

  1. Masters' creation and Mapping: Admin user has the rights to create the various kind of masters like geography masters (district, block, etc.), facility masters, Designation Master, qualification master, category master, service class master, pay commission masters, pay band master, leave master, cadre master etc. And also map the masters with the other masters to use in the system.
  2. User Management: Admin user can create and manage the users and their role and permissions.
  3. Register new employee: System allows users to register new employee in the system using predefined templet or customised format. Also, user can manage the employee details.
  4. View employee: System allows users to edit employee details and manage the further process of employment lifecycle.
  1. Manage Leaves: Under this functionality user can manage the leaves like employee can apply for leave and admin or supervisor can approve the leave.
  2. Manage GPF Withdrawal: Under this functionality employee can apply for GPF withdrawal and supervisor and higher officials can approve the GPF withdrawal request and process for further payment.
  3. Reports: System has multiple reports to monitor the progress of procurement and contracts and can be downloaded in excel format.
